We want you to love your vibrant new look, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on hair color or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
